Orders Under $50

Shipping costs for orders under $50 will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, VellioHome ships to addresses within the United States.

We may expand shipping availability to additional countries and regions in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

VellioHome is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. You may also contact our support team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.
