Refund policy
At VellioHome, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories included.

Return Process

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Securely package the item and ship it using a trackable shipping service.
- Keep your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been successfully delivered.
VellioHome is not responsible for lost return packages that cannot be tracked or verified as delivered.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velliohome.com with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
